BottlePrinter Lab is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from our working floor at 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401, Germiston, Gauteng. Our team supplies UV bottle decoration equipment and sample printing programmes for craft beverage, skincare and promo lines across South Africa. Direct communication is key for us, so if you need answers about equipment, samples or agreements, send a message through our contact form and one of our Gauteng-based team will reply.
When you order a system, book a sample programme or contact us for technical advice, these terms apply. Every agreement, supply, timing, service or any custom request, must be confirmed in writing by email with our office. Verbal or off-the-record instructions are not valid. You are responsible for letting us know any delivery or goods-in requirements before your equipment leaves our floor.
All use of the BottlePrinter Lab site, including access to technical resources, notes and catalogues, falls under these terms. If you require full details or a copy of your written agreement, ask our team directly. Our support team can clarify service points any time before an order goes ahead.
Most systems, sample runs and consumables are shipped from Germiston, Gauteng, to main centres, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, or to industrial zones anywhere in South Africa. All goods become the buyer’s responsibility once handed to your courier or nominated driver. You can arrange collection in person or appoint your own carrier if you prefer. All dates and delivery arrangements are confirmed directly by email.
Large equipment may need three-phase power and clear site access on arrival. Please make sure your goods-in area is ready, with suitable power and access, especially if municipal or SARS paperwork may hold up delivery. Read more about shipping details or finishes on our finishes reference.
Your email address, contact details and delivery information are kept private, handled as required by South African law. We do not share your information outside our team. Emails and transaction records are used only for organising your orders, technical support or service follow-ups, and never for resale or outside marketing.
